With a background as a therapist and coach, I bring both emotional depth and practical strategy to the women I work with. My clients are often the person everyone relies on. They are highly functional, deeply responsible, and very good at keeping things moving even when the way they are living is no longer sustainable.
What looks “fine” from the outside often feels very different in real life. Beneath the success, many of the women I work with are overextended, resentful, unsupported, and exhausted by patterns they have outgrown but do not yet know how to change.
My work is about helping you communicate more clearly, hold stronger standards, stop over-functioning, and build a life that feels as well-led as the career you have already created.
