Who I work with

Your results are fine. Your system is you.

My clients are already successful. The problem is how. Everything routes through them, the important work waits until it's urgent, and the cost shows up at home first.

Decision load

Too many things only you can decide. Most of them shouldn't be.

Important, not urgent

Strategy, hiring, the hard conversation. Always next week.

Starting

You know exactly what to do. You do it at 11pm, or not at all.

Home

Work gets your best hours. Everyone else gets what's left.

The approach

Built around your brain and the people around you.

Productivity systems fail people with ADHD because they treat the problem as information. It's usually starting, prioritizing, and a system that only exists in your head. We fix those, then build the system into your calendar and your team so it holds when I'm not in the room.

1

Find where it stalls.

The specific tasks, decisions, and times of day that stop you.

2

Decide what matters.

A method for priority you can run in thirty seconds.

3

Build it into how you operate.

With your EA or chief of staff, where you have one.

About

Kayla Wilson

I spent ten years as a clinical social worker before I started coaching: hospital, detox, and outpatient settings. I've always been the person people come to when something needs to get done and nobody knows where to start.

At the hospital, social work only saw new mothers when someone sent a referral. I wrote an assessment and changed the process so every mother who gave birth was seen. On a detox unit, I served as team lead, covering staffing, case assignments, and overnight call.

I also have ADHD. I know what it's like to know exactly what needs to be done and not be able to start. I've built enough systems for myself and other people to know which ones survive a bad week.

How it works
1

Request a conversation.

A short application. I respond within 24 hours.

2

We talk.

Frequently asked questions
Is a formal ADHD diagnosis required?+

No. The program is open to individuals with a diagnosis and to those who strongly suspect they have ADHD.

How is coaching different from therapy?+

Therapy addresses mental health concerns and often explores the past. Coaching is practical and forward-focused, centered on goals, systems, and accountability. If therapy would better serve your needs, I will tell you and help you find appropriate support.

What if I fall behind during the program?+

Setbacks are expected. The program is designed to help you recover quickly and refine your approach rather than start over.

Is coaching covered by insurance?+

Coaching is not a medical service and is not covered by insurance.

Can my company pay?+

Yes. Engagements can be invoiced to your company.

Do you sign NDAs?+

Yes.
